A 25-year-old woman died from multiple blunt force traumas when the car that she was a passenger in crashed in a single-car accident on Illinois State Route 251 by the intersection of County Road 900 North in El Paso, Illinois, on Feb. 23. It is alleged that the car accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver's being intoxicated, speeding and changing lanes improperly.
Upon entering the intersection of County Road 900 North and Illinois State Route 251, the car crashed and caused the 25-year-old passenger to be ejected. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Three of the other occupants were injured in the accident.
